26.05.2017 Technical inspection of renovation and restoration work at cultural heritage object

Renovation and restoration work is starting at cultural heritage object of regional significance «Living house, 1903, architect А.М. Scheglov» at the address: Malyi Kislovskiy pereulok, CAO, Moscow. Here our company will make technical inspection and scientific guidance.

Scope of renovation and restoration work: water insulation of foundations; facades; windows; doors; reinforcement of roof bearing structures and change of its cover; internal finishing work.

Before our design company prepared scientific and design documentation regarding protection of that object. The design documentation included: Preliminary work; Complex scientific research; Protection object design; Sketch design; Adjustment design.

All documentation passed state historical and cultural expertise as per articles 28, 30, 31, 32 of Federal Law «About cultural heritage objects (monuments of history and culture) of peoples of the Russian Federation» dated 25.06.2002 №73-FZ and Provision about state historical and cultural expertise approved by Resolution of Government of the Russian Federation dated July 15, 2009 № 569; and was approved by the Department of cultural heritage of Moscow (Mosgornasledie).
